Chris Leek - Chief Executive
Following an earlier career in manufacturing management Chris spent seven years with the Eaga Partnership Ltd where he was an executive main board director responsible for Eaga's public sector contracts in England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. During this time, Eaga Partnership quadrupled turnover to £250 million per annum, grew from 130 to 1,500 employees and extended operations to North America and India.
Chris' skills are in relationship management, strategic planning and operational leadership. Chris has overall responsibility for the CES Group including strategic development, long-term planning, delivery and developing local relationships.

Lynne Edwards BA (Hons) FCCA - Finance Director
Lynne trained in York then spent several years with British Gas in Leeds and Cramlington, Northumberland. Most of her career has been as a Finance Director for a north east engineering company, steering the company through a management buyout, recession and expansion, accessing regional development grants and assistance. More recently she has been self-employed offering accountancy support to small-medium sized businesses.
Lynne takes overall responsibility for finance and procurement. She is responsible for statutory reporting, policy and governance as well as employment and HR.

Penny Stobbs - Project Finance Officer
Penny brings the experience of nearly 25 years of finance and planning having spent much of her career in the South East working across the public and private sectors. Joining CES on her return to the North East, Penny brings a track record of community engagement through her involvement in charity fund raising and bike safety awareness schemes. Penny has raised money for good causes by completing the 3 peaks and Welsh 3000 challenges.
Working from the North East office Penny's role focuses on finances; she ensures projects are managed cost effectively and databases are maintained as well as providing stock control across both the North East and Yorkshire and Humber areas.

Tom Henderson - IT Manager
Tom has a passion for all things computer related, with a 10 year background in business IT administration from large multinationals to small private companies in the manufacturing and retail industries.
Most recently Tom has been working with our sister company GoWarm on a consultancy basis, being involved with the day to day system maintenance, security and administration.
As the CES group IT manager, Tom has the responsibility to provide dedicated IT help and support and to ensure the safe, secure and reliable operation of the IT systems within the CES Group.
